Who runs Row HQ

Who is behind Row HQ?

ROWHQ LTD runs Row HQ. Jason Burns started it after seeing his club rely on spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Oundle Town Rowing Club now uses it each week. Clubs get a real person to contact and software tested by rowers.

How it works

How Row HQ is built and run.

Clubs need clear answers. Who builds the software? Who uses it? What help is there when something goes wrong?

01

Used by a real rowing club

The first club uses Row HQ for sessions, crews, boats and member records. Their feedback helps us fix problems.

02

Built by an experienced developer

Jason has built software since 2009. Row HQ is tested and updated often.

03

Support after setup

We help clubs get started and answer questions. We back up data each day and let clubs export it.

Results from the first club

“Weekly admin fell from about ten hours to one. The whole club moved to the same system.”

Row HQ uses words that Australian rowers know. It works for clubs, GPS schools, universities and masters crews.

Selection, training, equipment access, fees and governance records remain connected.

Availability is settled before rowers reach the pontoon or crews load a trailer.

The setup process states how Australian information is protected on UK infrastructure.
