Every paid plan includes direct email support from the founder team during UK business hours (which lands evening AEST - we typically respond same-day or first-thing your morning). There is no offshore call centre - you are emailing the people who built the product. We answer setup queries, walk new admins through the dashboard on a video call, and help with member-import questions. Most clubs only need us during the first fortnight; after that, the system runs itself.
Yes. Send us your existing member spreadsheet (CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets) and we will import names, contact details, emergency contacts, membership categories, and subscription status for free during onboarding. Most clubs migrate from a Google Sheet, a Rowing Australia membership export, or an old subs database. We sense-check the import with you before the data goes live so nothing gets duplicated or lost. If you want to keep running parallel for a few weeks while members get used to the app, that is fine too.
Yes. Clubs of up to 20 active members use the full product free, for good: training sessions, boat booking, member portal, coach tools, and the admin dashboard, with no card and no time limit. Invite your real members and run actual sessions from day one. Above 20 active members you move onto a flat monthly AUD band based on active member count, and every feature stays included. Your setup carries over automatically as your club grows.
Yes. Your club logo, colours, custom subdomain, and emails sent from your address are included for every club on every band - there are no feature tiers or paywalled modules. Every club also gets its own subdomain like yourclub.rowhq.app. Members get a branded club app they trust rather than a third-party one. See the white-label feature page for the full breakdown.
Row HQ exports member data in formats accepted by Rowing Australia for affiliation returns and regatta entries (King's Cup, Head of the Yarra, GPS/AGSV/CAS school regattas). We do not currently push live to Rowing Australia because their member API is not open to third parties; instead we generate the CSV exports admins drop into the Rowing Australia portal. CSV export for subs reconciliation is available today, with direct Xero and MYOB integration on the roadmap. If you have a specific integration need, ask during the demo - we have built custom exports for clubs we have onboarded so far.
