White-label rowing club app
Your logo, your colours, your domain. Members and parents see your club's brand, not ours. Explore the full feature set.
What is white-label rowing club software?
White-label means the platform looks like your club, not like Row HQ. Members log in at your custom domain, see your logo and colours throughout, and receive emails from your club address. The Row HQ name only appears in the small print. Useful for state-level squad clubs, GPS schools rowing programmes, and university boat clubs that want a unified members area without building software themselves.

Why White Label Matters

White-label rowing club app FAQs
Common questions about putting your club's branding on the Row HQ platform.
A white-label rowing club app is one where the underlying platform is built by us but the experience your members see is yours - your logo, your colours, your custom domain, and emails sent from your address. Members open "the Sydney Rowing Club app" rather than "the Row HQ app", which builds trust faster than a third-party brand. Under the hood it is the same Row HQ codebase used by every club, so you get the full feature set (training sessions, boat booking, member portal, coach tools, admin dashboard) without paying to build the same thing yourself.
Yes. White-label includes a custom subdomain - typically app.yourclub.com.au or club.yourclub.com.au - that points at the Row HQ platform with your branding applied. We handle the DNS configuration with your provider during onboarding (it is one CNAME record). The custom domain is what members see in the address bar, what they bookmark, and what shows in their browser history. Your existing club website carries on as normal at yourclub.com.au; the app sits on the subdomain alongside it.
Yes. Notifications, password resets, member invites, renewal reminders, and any other system email go out from a club address (typically noreply@yourclub.com.au or admin@yourclub.com.au) with your logo in the header and your colours throughout. We set up the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records during onboarding so the emails authenticate properly and do not land in spam. Replies route to whichever address you choose - usually the membership secretary or a shared admin inbox - so members do not have to know who handles which kind of query.
No. White-label - logo, colours, custom subdomain, branded emails - is included for every club on every band. There are no feature tiers and nothing is held back on a cheaper plan. Clubs of up to 20 active members get the full white-label setup free, and above that you move onto a simple monthly band based on active member count with white-label still included. Most clubs brand their app in the first week because members trust a branded club app more than a third-party one, and committees prefer the professional look for prospect-facing comms.
A working white-label setup typically goes live within one to two working days of the order: we configure your subdomain, apply your logo and brand colours, set up the email authentication, and run a test invite to confirm everything looks right. The longer item - if any - is sorting the DNS record with your domain provider, which sometimes takes a day or two depending on how responsive their support is. We handle every technical step ourselves; the club only needs to confirm the brand assets (logo as SVG/PNG, primary and secondary hex colours) and approve the test email before launch.
