What is white-label rowing club software?

A white-label setup dresses the whole platform in your club's identity. Rowers sign in on a web address you control, your logo and colours front every screen, and email arrives from the club's own domain. Row HQ shows up only in the fine print. It suits Australian clubs of any size, from a Yarra stalwart training for the Head of the Yarra to a schools programme running three squads.

Every band includes white labelling - full details on the rowing club software pricing page.

Everything you can rebrand

One consistent look for your club across every screen a rower or parent opens

Your Logo

Drop your logo into the admin dashboard once and it flows through the login page, the header, and every outgoing email.

Club Colours

Nominate a primary and an accent colour and the interface repaints itself to suit.

Custom Domain

Rowers open the member portal on an address like rowing.yourclub.com.au or app.yourclub.org.au, backed by our security measures.

Branded Emails

Every automated email leaves under your domain and your look, so it reads as club business rather than a mystery sender.

App Icon

Pinned to a phone home screen, the app wears your club icon, not a Row HQ one.

Custom Documents

Attendance reports and data exports print with your logo at the top, ready for the committee or state association paperwork.

Why White Label Matters

People sign up to row at your club, not to subscribe to a software firm. A white-label setup keeps your identity front and centre from login through to the last email of the season. See it running at Oundle Town Rowing Club.

White-label rowing club app FAQs

Answers for Australian clubs weighing up club branding on Row HQ.

We run the platform; you own everything a member lays eyes on. Your logo sits in the header, your colours set the palette, the address bar shows your domain, and email comes from your club. A rower opens "the Sydney Rowing Club app", never "the Row HQ app", and that familiarity earns trust quickly. Behind the scenes every club shares one Row HQ codebase, which means the complete toolkit - session planning, ergo scores, boat booking, coach tools, the member portal, and the admin dashboard - arrives without a development bill.

It does work that way, yes. Part of the white-label package is a subdomain of your own - rowing.yourclub.com.au and app.yourclub.org.au are common picks - carrying the platform in your branding. During onboarding we walk the single CNAME record through with whoever manages your DNS. From then on your address is what appears in the browser bar, in bookmarks, and in history. Nothing changes for your main club website; the app simply takes up residence on the subdomain next door.

They do. Password resets, invitations, fee reminders, session notices, and everything else send from an address on your domain, such as noreply@yourclub.com.au, dressed in your logo and colours. Onboarding covers the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, so mail authenticates cleanly and stays out of junk folders. You decide where replies go - many clubs pick the registrar or a shared committee mailbox - meaning a member or parent never needs to guess which volunteer reads what.

It does not. Logo, palette, subdomain, and club-addressed email come standard on every band, with no premium tier gatekeeping any of it. A club with 20 or fewer active members pays nothing at all, and bigger clubs sit on a straightforward monthly band set by member count, white labelling included. In practice most clubs have their branding live within days of joining - a club-badged app lands better with members, and it looks sharper when the committee reports to its state association or pitches new rowers.

Expect the branded setup live within a day or two of ordering. On our side we stand up the subdomain, load the logo and colour palette, wire the email authentication, and send a test invitation for you to look over. The one step that occasionally drags is the DNS change at your domain host, which can add a day depending on their turnaround. Your club's whole job is supplying the assets - a logo as SVG or PNG plus two hex colours - and giving the test email a tick before launch.
