Rowing is the ultimate team sport, and these principles are not just words on paper, but lived out in every practice, regatta, and team interaction. Respect is recognizing the value each teammate brings and trusting the coxswain and coaches to lead the boat. Stamina is pushing through physical exhaustion and mental fatigue to keep the boat moving at full effort. Unity is syncing perfectly with your crew, trusting each other, and rowing in harmony toward a common goal. Commitment is showing up consistently, pushing through challenges, and giving your all every day, no matter the conditions. Integrity is giving your best, following the rules, and holding yourself accountable - on and off the water.
