Proof from the Boathouse, Not the Brochure
Row HQ was built at a club in England. The American programs we expect to feature here over the next year are NCAA Division I women's varsity rosters, Title IX startup squads, top-tier juniors like Saugatuck or PNRA, and city masters outfits along the lines of Penn AC and Three Rivers. For now, look at what the platform handles in production: practice scheduling, shell reservations, and the lineup workflow coaches actually use on land before pushing off.
What does a real-world Row HQ deployment look like?
Honest answer: the only six-month-deep deployment right now sits at Oundle Town Rowing Club in the UK, our flagship pilot. 120-plus athletes, fifteen shells, six sessions a week, running on Row HQ since September 2025. The first US programs to write up their numbers will fall into four buckets we are actively recruiting: a Cal or Yale-tier varsity women's eight chasing IRA selection, a brand-new Title IX women's roster being stood up from zero, a national-final juniors club such as Saugatuck Rowing or Princeton National, and a downtown masters club like Boston Rowing Club juggling shared bay launches.
American Programs We Want to Feature Next
Four archetypes are at the top of the list: a Division I women's varsity preparing for HOCR, IRA, and EARC weekends; a fresh Title IX program standing up its first novice eight; an elite juniors operation taking athletes to USRowing Youth Nationals; and a city masters club organizing shared shells across multiple lineups. Hear from clubs already on the platform in the testimonials while we wait on the first US numbers.

Here is what the UK pilot booked after leaving spreadsheets behind. American programs running the same workflows should expect comparable outcomes.
