Arklow Rowing Club is a coastal club based at Dock Road, Tinahask Lower, Arklow, County Wicklow. Rowing Ireland lists it as a mixed Leinster club, while the club publishes training sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings.

The club was founded in 1990 by Egon Friedrich, Peter Fox, Eamonn Kavanagh and Peter Kavanagh. Its early crews raced East Coast regattas in skiffs and travelled to Irish championships.

Arklow helped start the first Celtic Challenge on the May bank holiday weekend in 1993. The club continued to enter the race for many years, and an Arklow crew won its long-boat category in 2002.

In 1997, Eamonn and Peter Kavanagh rowed from Tenerife to Barbados in 58 days. They finished fifth of 30 crews and set a Guinness World Record for the highest combined age of brothers to row an ocean.

Síonna Healy won silver in the women's quad at the 2023 European Offshore Championships, then bronze with her quad at the World Offshore Championships that summer. At the 2025 Irish Offshore Championships, Mary Ann Kent placed second in the women's double with Castletownshend rower Ella Cailis.

The club's own boat guide lists East Coast skiffs, Celtic long boats and coastal single, double and quad sculls. Its membership page invites new members, and the published programme combines competition with social rowing.
