Yes. Row HQ runs anything from 20 members to 500+. Small clubs get the biggest win because they have the least volunteer time to spare. The platform is well suited to Rowing Ireland-affiliated community clubs across all four provinces.

Yes. Row HQ supports multiple user roles: Admins (full access via the admin dashboard), Coaches (crew assignment and session management), and Members (personal features via the member portal).

Yes. Row HQ is designed around GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) as enacted in Irish law via the Data Protection Act 2018. The Data Protection Commission (DPC) is the supervisory authority in Ireland. Read more on our security page.

EU-region servers. Data does not leave the European Economic Area (EEA). Irish club data stays within EU jurisdiction.
