How much does Row HQ cost an Irish club?
There is no charge for up to 20 active members. After that, monthly prices start at €18 and go to €140 for clubs with 251-300 active people. Annual payment covers ten months. More than 300 is priced directly. The same product is supplied throughout. VAT is not included in these figures.

The first 20 active members cost nothing permanently. Club data remains accessible after growth.
This schedule works for river and coastal community clubs, school rowing, and college boat clubs. The Rowing Ireland affiliation size does not affect what is included.

The club controls its card account
Members pay by card into the club's own Stripe account. Row HQ does not place a platform fee on that money. Stripe's standard processing cost still applies. The system also tracks bank transfers.

Yes. A club can use it indefinitely while the active register is 20 or fewer. Every feature is available, and setup does not require a card.
Select the monthly or yearly level matching the new active register. Nothing locks the existing membership information or club data during the change.
Anyone the committee marks active counts, including social and non-rowing members. People moved into the archive are excluded.
No. The level is checked at subscription renewal only. Members joining part-way through the year affect the following term.
No Row HQ platform fee is added. Card transactions use the club-owned Stripe account, where standard Stripe processing costs apply. Bank transfer tracking is already included.
No. Each displayed amount is before VAT. Irish VAT is added where applicable. A VAT-registered club should confirm reclaim treatment with its adviser.
