How much does Row HQ cost?

Row HQ is free for clubs with up to 20 active members - not a trial, a permanent free band with the full product. Above that, Row HQ pricing scales with active member count in flat monthly bands, from €18/month for a 21-30 member club up to €140/month at 251-300 members. Clubs over 300 get a custom price. Every band includes every feature and there are no transaction fees. Annual billing costs ten months, so you get 2 months free. Prices exclude VAT.

How does Row HQ pricing work?

Your price is set by one thing: how many active members your club has. Pick monthly or annual billing - annual costs ten months. Your band is only checked at renewal, so growing mid-season never triggers a surprise charge. The same bands cover community clubs on the Lee or the Liffey, school rowing programmes, and university boat clubs.

There are no feature tiers. A 15-member club on the free band uses exactly the same product as a 300-member club - boat booking, training sessions, crew selection, member payments, the lot.

Is the free band really free forever?

Yes. Up to 20 active members, Row HQ is free for good - it is not a trial and there is no card required. You get the whole product, not a cut-down version.

What happens when we grow past 20 members?

You pick the band that matches your new size and subscribe, monthly or annual. Your members and data are never locked, and nothing is switched off while you sort it.

What counts as an active member?

A member your club marks as active in Row HQ. Social and non-rowing members count if they are active; archived members do not.

Will growing mid-season trigger a surprise charge?

No. Your band is checked at renewal only. If you grow during the year, you stay on your current band until your subscription renews.

Are there transaction fees on member payments?

Row HQ adds no platform fee on any band. Clubs take card payments through their own Stripe account, so only Stripe's standard card processing fees apply. Bank transfer tracking is built in and free.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices on this page exclude VAT. Irish clubs registered for VAT pay the listed price plus VAT at the standard rate, which is reclaimable for VAT-registered organisations.
