Is it only for the big clubs, or for beginners too?

Both ends of the sport. DUBC and UCD chasing the Gannon Cup use the same product as a small club teaching freshers on the Shannon; each simply turns on the features it wants. Up to 20 active members is free, and beyond that a flat monthly band tracks member numbers.

What does handover at the AGM involve?

Almost nothing, which is the point. Officer roles are reassigned in two clicks, the new committee signs in to a complete club, and the old committee's access falls away. The record itself never moves and never leaves.

Where does the club's data sit?

On hardened enterprise cloud infrastructure in a London data centre, encrypted at rest and in transit. The UK holds an EU adequacy decision, so transfers from Ireland rest on that footing, and we hand over the sub-processor list and hosting documentation whenever a students' union review asks for it.

And when members graduate?

Their record moves to the graduate register rather than vanishing, with consent status logged. The club can segment them for appeals, reunion invitations and race-day news, and each graduate can opt out or request an export of their data at any time.

Can senior, novice, women's and lightweight squads run in parallel?

They can. Every squad holds its own calendar, roster and coaching list, the captain sees the club entire, and one member can appear in several squads.
