Yes. Names, contacts, emergency details, membership types and payment state can be imported from CSV, Excel or Google Sheets as part of onboarding. Your officers review the transferred information before members are invited. The former file may be kept as a reference during the settling-in period.
The full account costs nothing with up to 20 active members, with no card and no end date. Outings, booking, coaching, member access and committee features are present. A bigger club moves into a band based on active people rather than paying individually for product sections.
Yes. Row HQ can show the club logo, its selected palette and a dedicated subdomain. The branded setup is included at every size rather than limited to a special package. Members see their own organisation while updates and maintenance remain managed by Row HQ.
The committee can export member and transaction records for federation administration, regatta tasks and accounts. Row HQ does not describe a file export as a live integration. When an outside database has no appropriate open connection, officers upload or reconcile the data through its normal process.
