Give the committee one place to mind the club
Keep the member book, subs, officer access and reports together. Replace the spreadsheets stored on different laptops with a record that belongs to the club.
What does an Irish club manage in the Row HQ dashboard?
The admin dashboard holds member accounts, subs, renewal progress, committee permissions and export files in one place. A club secretary can maintain the roll, the treasurer can follow each charge, and the chair can assign duties without sharing the owner details. When officers change, the complete working history stays available for the incoming committee.
The committee dashboard is included across all plans. Check Irish club pricing bands.
Open the committee room
Four practical screens cover the member book, money owing, renewals and files needed for club business.
Member book
Keep the roll accurate through the season
Find members by role, recent activity, custom label or rowing level. An officer with access can revise a role, suspend the account, send a password reset or remove someone who has left.
Club labels and skill levels make junior, senior, college and masters groups simple to separate.
Subs
Put every charge in the treasurer's view
The ledger records the member, sum due, deadline and current status. Card payments go through the club's own Stripe connection, bank transfers can be entered manually, and corrections use a visible reversal.
A charge can produce a PDF invoice or an email without leaving the record.
Renewals
Know who has renewed before entries close
The membership screen shows paid and unpaid people together. The secretary can remind the outstanding group, while automatic renewal runs continue behind the scenes and show their result.
A one-click reminder targets the members who still have a renewal to finish.
Club files
Take tidy records to the AGM
Download members, payments, attendance and RSVP information as CSV. QuickBooks and Xero import files support the accounts, while the owner can request a complete JSON copy of club data.
Reports, bookkeeping formats and the full owner copy are clearly separated.
What happens when the records stay with the club?
The annual change of officers becomes a handover, rather than a search through old inboxes.
Admin spread across the committee
- The treasurer totals subs from workbooks and bank screenshots.
- The secretary sends separate texts to members still owing money.
- Important correspondence remains in a former officer's inbox.
A continuous club record
- One ledger retains charges, receipts, corrections and open amounts.
- Renewal runs and direct reminder actions shorten the chase list.
- The incoming committee sees the same history after the AGM.
Controls for real committee work
See the platform working inside a club in the Oundle Town RC case study, then fit the same structure to your own officers and season.
Member book controls
Change roles, suspend access, issue resets and group people by labels or rowing level. The member portal lets rowers keep their own details up to date.
Subs and payment reminders
Follow connected Stripe charges, bank receipts, invoices and money outstanding. Membership management keeps renewal progress tied to payment status.
Access for each officer
Give the secretary, treasurer and coaches the tabs their jobs require. The owner retains protected keys, and sensitive access is logged.
Committees and positions
Record committee terms, club positions and the serving officers. Responsibility for regattas, heads and club functions remains visible after a changeover.
Accounts and record exports
Take attendance from training sessions and activity connected to boat booking. CSV, Xero, QuickBooks and owner JSON files are included.
Setup steps and support
Follow the setup wizard and checklist, then raise a Row HQ support ticket from admin. Apply club colours and crest when ready. Read the security guide.
Answer club questions at the boathouse
Subs and access queries have a habit of arriving at training or on a regatta bank. An authorised officer can check the current club position on mobile instead of promising to look later.
- Open admin sections and club summary figures from a phone.
- Check a payment record while speaking with the member concerned.
- Carry the same officer permissions across browser and mobile access.
Club admin FAQs
Five answers for Irish committee officers considering a move from separate files.
Yes. The owner controls access by area. A secretary can manage the member book and renewals, a treasurer can handle charges, and coaches can use their relevant tools. Officers sign in with individual accounts. Owner-only keys stay restricted, and permissions can be updated when positions change at the AGM.
Card payments go to the club through its own connected Stripe account. Bank transfers may be entered by an authorised user. The ledger shows who was charged, when payment is due and whether it has cleared. It supports reversals, PDF invoices, emailed invoices and reminder actions for subs still outstanding.
The membership secretary can view renewed and unpaid people separately, send a direct reminder and review the results from automatic renewal runs. Account status, member roles, club labels and rowing skill levels are also available in admin. That removes the need to compare the system with an extra renewal sheet.
CSV files are available for members, payments, attendance and event replies. The accounts area includes formats for importing into QuickBooks and Xero. The club owner can also obtain the full dataset as JSON. These files cover ordinary reporting, bookkeeping and a clear information handover to new officers.
The owner is guided through the main settings with a setup wizard and checklist. A support ticket can be sent to Row HQ from the admin area if a question needs help. The club can complete its core configuration first, then invite each officer with access limited to their own committee work.
