The system generates affiliation return data and member lists in a format you can use directly for Rowing Ireland submissions - so a committee member can run the export, download the file, and drop it into the Rowing Ireland portal in a few minutes rather than the usual hour of reformatting. The exports cover member counts by category, age and gender breakdowns, under-18 safeguarding flags, Garda vetting status, and qualification holders. Custom CSV exports are also available for committee meetings and AGM packs - membership trends, fleet utilisation, financials - ready in a couple of clicks.

Yes - in a useful, conservative way. The dashboard projects monthly subs revenue based on current active members and their billing cycles, plus expected new joiners from the trial pipeline. It flags renewal risk (members who have stopped training and are likely to lapse) so committees can reach out before someone leaves quietly. It does not replace Xero or a spreadsheet for proper accounting - we leave that to the tools built for it - but it gives the treasurer a credible view of the next quarter's income, which is enough for budget planning and the AGM cashflow forecast.

The system tracks each member's subscription period and sends a renewal reminder a configurable number of days before expiry (default: 30, 14, and 3 days out). The first reminder is friendly ("subs are due soon, here is your renewal link"); later ones escalate. If the member does not renew by the cut-off, the system automatically marks them inactive (they lose app access) and the admin sees an alert. Members can pay directly from the renewal email via Stripe card payment or SEPA Direct Debit instructions - the choice is per-club. No more membership secretary chasing dozens of subs by hand at the start of the season.
