Notifications, password resets, member invites, renewal reminders, and any other system email go out from a club address (typically noreply@yourclub.ie or admin@yourclub.ie) with your crest in the header and your colours throughout. We set up the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records during onboarding so the emails authenticate properly and do not land in spam. Replies route to whichever address you choose - usually the membership secretary or a shared admin inbox - so members do not need to know who handles which type of query.

A working white-label setup typically goes live within one to two working days of the order: we configure your subdomain, apply your crest and brand colours, set up the email authentication, and run a test invite to confirm everything looks right.
