Clubs or schools - which is it built for?

Both at once. Irish school programmes, university boat clubs and community crews share the platform; a school enables Garda vetting tracking, DLP roles, parent access, billing and reporting as it needs them at setup.

How are welfare and Garda vetting managed?

Coach records carry a vetting reference and expiry, with renewal flagged in advance. Under-18 records hold guardians, medical details and a consent flag, and a junior stays off on-water sessions until consent exists. The DLP sees every welfare flag in the programme.

Where does the data sit?

On hardened enterprise cloud infrastructure inside the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, under the GDPR as the Data Protection Commission applies it in Ireland. Sub-processor lists and hosting documentation are available whenever you ask.

What about the Children First Act 2015?

The operational half of Children First is what Row HQ provides: DLP access, logged communication, consent records, retention rules and role-scoped visibility. Your safeguarding statement stays yours - the platform gives the DLP the evidence trail to run it.

Can the office see the programme without running it?
