Llandaff Rowing Club rows on the River Taff from Bridge Road in Llandaff, Cardiff. The present club was created by members of Taff Rowing Club, founded in 1879, and Cardiff Rowing Club, founded in 1884, who came together after the Second World War. Rowing restarted at the end of 1946 and the first Llandaff Regatta followed in 1947.

The club reports strong results during the 1950s and says it became Welsh National Rowing Club in 1958, before later returning to the Llandaff name. Its facilities were refurbished and extended in 1996, with Steve Redgrave and Matthew Pinsent opening the work.

A separate training facility opened in 1998, and its gym was refurbished with Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2015. The club lists three boat sheds, 21 rowing machines, weights and other land-training equipment.

Llandaff offers rowing for juniors and adults, including learn-to-row courses and recreational participation. Its published history also records international representation, including Zak Lee-Green for Great Britain in 2010 and Hannah Patterson in 2011.

The club is affiliated to Welsh Rowing and British Rowing. It has hosted an annual regatta on the Taff since the first post-war event in 1947, providing racing alongside its year-round training programme.
