What is white-label rowing club software?

White-label rowing club software gives each club its own Row HQ subdomain and carries the club identity through the member portal. Members see the club logo, name, and relevant colours. Transactional emails, invoices, joining pages, and club policies carry the same identity. Small Row HQ footer marks remain, and custom web domains are not currently supported.

White labelling is included at every band. See rowing club software pricing.

Try your club name and colour

Choose an accent and type a club name. The example shows how familiar details can give a member portal the feel of the boathouse, without pretending every part of the interface is freely themed.

What carries your brand

The details members recognise appear at the points where trust and club ownership matter most.

Your Row HQ subdomain

Your member portal lives at an address such as yourclub.rowhq.app. Members can bookmark one reliable club link.

Logo, name, and club cues

Upload the crest in the admin dashboard. It appears across the portal and admin areas, alongside the club name and per-club skill-level colours.

Branded transactional email

Invites, confirmations, and account messages use the club name and visual identity, so members can place the message before opening it.

Club-branded invoices

Invoices show the club identity, contact information, and legal details. Membership fees, event entries, and renewal payments all produce the same club-branded paperwork, so members know who issued the charge and where to ask a question.

Your policies and acceptance record

Publish the club terms and privacy documents members must accept. Row HQ records acceptance and supports the wider security approach.

Branded joining routes

The join page and join codes carry the club identity, giving a new member a consistent first step into the system.

A real club portal

The club is the first thing members see

Oundle Town Rowing Club members arrive at an OTRC portal, not a generic software landing page. The club name and identity lead the experience while Row HQ runs underneath. See the real setup in the OTRC case study.

The old way and the Row HQ way

A club-branded system replaces the mix of unfamiliar tools, inbox confusion, and disconnected spreadsheets.

The old way

  • A generic third-party portal leads with somebody else's identity.
  • Members receive account messages they do not immediately recognise.
  • Invoices arrive without clear club contact or legal details.

The Row HQ way

  • Members use a dedicated club subdomain with the club name and logo.
  • Transactional mail and invoices carry the club identity.
  • Club terms and privacy documents sit inside the joining flow.

The club identity in a member's pocket

Members can use the same portal on their phone. The club name, logo, and selected identity details travel with their account.

  • The mobile dashboard shows the club identity after sign-in.
  • Club flags and skill-level colours appear where they help members.
iOS and Android apps now available Use Row HQ in any browser or install the iOS or Android app.

White-label rowing club app FAQs

Straight answers about the parts of Row HQ that carry your identity.

Each club gets its own subdomain, logo upload, club name, and relevant club colours across the portal. Transactional email, invoices, joining pages, join codes, terms, and privacy documents also carry the club identity. Small Row HQ footer marks can remain.

Not currently. Every club receives a dedicated address in the form yourclub.rowhq.app. A domain such as members.yourclub.co.uk is not a shipped option, so the page does not promise one.

No. The portal has light and dark themes. Your logo, name, per-club skill-level colours, and club colours appear in specific places where they matter. The full portal chrome is not an unrestricted colour theme builder.

Transactional emails use the club identity. Invoices include the club contact and legal details. Clubs can publish their own terms and privacy documents, and Row HQ records when each member accepts them.

No. Members use the Row HQ mobile apps or the browser portal. After sign-in, the club identity appears inside the member experience. Row HQ does not publish a separate white-labelled app-store listing for each club.
