How much does Row HQ cost?
Row HQ pricing scales with active member count. It is permanently free for up to 20 active members. Paid bands run from £15 a month to £120 a month for 251-300 members. Every band includes every feature. Annual billing costs ten months. Clubs over 300 receive custom pricing. Prices exclude VAT.
Open pricing means no hidden decisions
A treasurer can work out the subscription from the active member list alone.

Member card payments run through your club's own Stripe account. Row HQ adds no platform transaction fee. Stripe's standard processing fees still apply. Bank transfer tracking is built in.

Yes. Clubs with up to 20 active members can use the complete product permanently. No card is needed to start.
Choose the monthly or annual band that matches the new active member count. Your member records and club data remain available while you move to the paid band.
Anyone marked active in Row HQ counts. That includes social and non-rowing members. Archived members are left out of the total.
No. Row HQ checks the active member band at renewal. A larger head-season squad does not create a mid-year charge.
No platform transaction fee is added by Row HQ. Card payments use the club's own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard processing fees apply. Bank transfer tracking is included.
No. Listed prices exclude VAT. UK VAT is added at 20%. VAT-registered clubs can usually reclaim it, subject to their tax position.
