University of Sheffield Rowing Club is the student rowing club of the University of Sheffield. It rows on Damflask Reservoir near Lower Bradfield and shares the Damflask boathouse with Sheffield Hallam University Rowing Club and City of Sheffield Rowing Club.

The club was founded by University of Sheffield students in 1964. It reached a final at Northwich Regatta the following year, and later became one of three rowing clubs based at Damflask.

The shared boathouse holds the university club's fleet, including an eight and a coxless four or quad. Land training takes place at Goodwin Gym, where members have access to rowing machines and strength and conditioning facilities.

The club recruits experienced rowers into senior squads and takes 40 to 50 beginners into novice squads each year. It also has a squad for beginner and experienced coxes, while RowFit provides weekly indoor rowing sessions for fitness or preparation for later novice trials.

Novices receive technical instruction on the water before an autumn training camp and their first race, then move gradually into the senior squad. Coxes can compete at national races including Henley and the Head of the River Race, as well as smaller local fixtures.

The women's squad qualified for Henley Women's Regatta in 2019 and raced at both BUCS Regatta and Henley Women's Regatta in 2020-21. Sheffield entered the Temple Challenge Cup at Henley Royal Regatta in 2025, where its crew raced Bristol University in the opening round.
