Sir William Perkins's School Rowing Club is the school's rowing programme on Laleham Reach of the River Thames. It is based at the school boathouse on Thameside in Laleham and is affiliated to British Rowing under the code SWP.

Teacher Liz Bernard founded the club in 2003 to introduce pupils to rowing. The programme first operated from Staines Boat Club, then moved into its own school-owned boathouse at Laleham in 2016.

Pupils begin in Year 8 through a season-long Ready to Row programme. The pathway develops rowers and coxes through J14 and J15 squads towards senior competition, with local racing followed by major national events.

The club has won national medals and Henley Women's Regatta events, and its crews have raced at every Henley Royal Regatta held since 2018. Club athletes have represented England and Great Britain at under-16, under-19 and Olympic level since 2011.

Henley Women's victories include the J16 coxed four in 2011 and 2012 and the junior double in 2019. At Henley Royal Regatta the club reached the Diamond Jubilee Challenge Cup quarter-finals in 2023 and 2025, and also qualified eights for the Prince Philip Challenge Trophy from 2023 to 2025.

In 2026 British Rowing identified Sir William Perkins's as the highest-ranked girls' school programme on the National Schools' Regatta medal table, with gold medals at J15, J16 and Championship level. This followed four titles at the 2025 British Rowing Club Championships.
