Minneapolis Rowing Club

The Minneapolis Rowing Club (MRC) is a community organization dedicated to inspiring a lifelong passion for the sport of rowing. We offer learn to row programs, competitive teams, private lessons, and recreational rowing for adults and youth over the age of 11. MRC is welcoming both on and off the water. We aspire to create a community that values inclusion and respects individuals. We actively reach out to the greater community to share the joy of rowing for all. MRC has a respectful rowing culture that supports each rower’s goals and abilities. Our inclusive learning environment is built upon a foundation of safety, fairness and integrity. MRC is an integral part of the local community. Through our efforts we support diversity in our neighborhoods. We build trusting relationships with community organizations. MRC collaborates with our Twin Cities rowing partners to foster opportunities for all to row, especially those who are marginalized or excluded from the sport.
