Most clubs are up and running within a day. Basic configuration takes around 30 minutes. Migrating from spreadsheets typically adds one to two days. Onboarding support is included at no extra cost.

Yes. Row HQ works for clubs from 20 members upward. Smaller community clubs and recreational programs often see the biggest gain because they have the least volunteer time to spare on admin.

Yes. Member records hold the fields that RCA and provincial associations such as Rowing Ontario and Rowing BC need for annual returns. Export a clean CSV at registration time. Provincial and RCA numbers sit alongside each member record.

Yes. Stripe handles card payments in CAD. Clubs see who has paid, send automated payment reminders, and pull financial summaries for the committee or AGM.

Yes. Row HQ supports layered roles: Admins (full access via the admin dashboard), Coaches (crew assignment and session management), and Members (personal features via the member portal).

Row HQ is designed around the principles of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Members can access, correct, or request deletion of their data. CASL-compliant email consent is captured at sign-up.
