Live since 2025 at Oundle Town Rowing Club in the UK. Weaknesses. No membership, no finance, no committee admin, no ISA 2022 governance support. You will need a second tool alongside it. Pricing stays behind the demo wall.
Best for. University programmes and high-performance school squads where the head coach is effectively the operations team. Less obvious for a recreational masters club at Avon RC where the committee is the real workload.

For New Zealand clubs: what to look for in 2026
A Kiwi club picking software in 2026 is almost always in one of four shoes. A community or masters squad finally leaving spreadsheets and WhatsApp behind. A school programme juggling Maadi crew selection, erg trials, accommodation at Karapiro and travel to Ruataniwha. A university boat club where the coaching office runs everything.
