What documents does a rowing club need?
At minimum: a water-specific risk assessment, an incident report process, a constitution, membership and emergency-contact records, a boat maintenance log and a safeguarding policy. NZ clubs should line their safety documents up with Rowing New Zealand's safety guidance - and if the club runs a school or junior programme, safeguarding paperwork matters twice as much.
