A club with no more than 20 active people pays zero. Flat subscriptions then start at NZ$33 each month and rise to NZ$245 for 251-300 members. The yearly total equals ten months. More than 300 requires a tailored amount. Every function is present throughout. Displayed values are before GST.

Handling member money
Cards from members are processed through that club-owned Stripe account. Row HQ takes no platform fee from those transactions. Ordinary Stripe charges remain. Built-in bank transfer tracking covers direct payments.

No. It stays available for clubs at 20 active members or below. Every product area works, and no card is requested at registration.
Move to the matching monthly or yearly range. Row HQ does not lock the membership list or club data while your committee organises payment.
They are any member set as active by the club. Social and non-rowing records count in that state. Archived records do not.
No. Membership is checked on renewal day only. People joining during the season affect the next term rather than the present one.
No platform transaction fee is deducted. The club owns its Stripe account and meets Stripe's standard processing charges. Recording bank transfers costs nothing extra.
No. They are displayed before GST. New Zealand GST is added where applicable, and GST-registered clubs may be able to claim it back.
