How are clubs using Row HQ in practice?
Oundle Town Rowing Club in England is the flagship implementation: 120+ members, 15-boat fleet, 6 sessions per week, live since September 2025. Within two weeks the whole membership had moved off spreadsheets, WhatsApp polls and paper booking sheets. Row HQ is in early rollout in New Zealand - the platform, the onboarding process, and the results carry across directly. NZ clubs joining the early cohort get hands-on setup and will be the first New Zealand names on this page.
Be the First NZ Club on This Page
The New Zealand cohort is small by design - every club gets hands-on onboarding from us. We're looking for a community club, a school programme, a university boat club, and a masters outfit. First in, first published. For now, read what early users say about the platform.
Put your club on this page
If your captain, head coach, or rowing director is still wrestling with Google Sheets and WhatsApp groups, talk to us. We'll walk through your session schedule, crew structure and Maadi logistics to show exactly what changes. Or set up your club free.
