Support Area coming soon
Bring attendance, boat bookings, crews, race plans, memberships and volunteer admin into one place the club can keep.
Every area is available together. See New Zealand pricing follows the number of active members.
Row HQ gives a club one working record across summer racing, school rowing build-up and ordinary club days. Members respond and book boats. Coaches prepare crews using live numbers. Administrators look after fees, safety information and messages without passing several spreadsheets between volunteers.
Visit School rowing in Row HQ for the demands around school squads and regatta preparation. University club management deals with student clubs and yearly leadership changes. The mobile club app covers what members carry to training.
Shared information, useful views
Members, coaches and office holders work on the same underlying information. The crew list can reflect an absence as soon as it is entered.
Members
A member can confirm training, check the race diary, reserve a permitted boat and look after personal details without searching old messages.
Coaches
Availability, rowing background and usable boats are visible together. Coaches spend less of the warm-up reshuffling names from separate sources.
The committee
The current membership, money records, notices and exports stay in the organisation. Incoming volunteers do not need last year's secretary to decode them.
These areas can be adopted in any order. They join up when a club wants the full season to run from the same information.

Give the club a memory
Read why spreadsheets fall short if club knowledge is scattered across personal files. For alternative products, start at our New Zealand comparison. the Oundle club account documents one UK customer's move, and Rowing Club Management Software describes the broad job these systems are meant to do.
Clear information about contact, importing, cost, club presentation and data exchange.
Messages from paying clubs go to the Row HQ founder team. We work to UK hours, arrange onboarding calls when they help, and guide new administrators through imports or setup. There is no generic offshore queue separating your question from the product builders.
Yes. We can load contact information, emergency details, membership categories and payment state from an Excel workbook, CSV or Google Sheet. The committee checks that transfer before the account opens to members. The source list can remain as an archive during the changeover.
There is no charge while 20 or fewer members are active. No card is needed and the account does not expire. That includes training, boats, member access, coaching and committee work. Beyond that size, the subscription follows the active headcount rather than separate feature purchases.
It can. Clubs receive options for their logo, colour treatment and a dedicated subdomain on Row HQ. These are included through the pricing structure, not reserved for a top package. The experience belongs visually to the club while the software stays centrally maintained.
Administrators can download member and transaction information for affiliation, race and finance processes. Row HQ only calls something an integration when the outside service allows one. Otherwise, the club uses a clean export in its Rowing NZ or accounting workflow rather than relying on a claimed live connection.
Use the session, crew and volunteer jobs that actually take time. We can put those steps through a working account during the demo.
Other useful stops are New Zealand pricing, screens from the product, stories from clubs and the longer FAQ.
