Every paid plan includes direct email support from the founder team during UK business hours - which means responses land in your NZ inbox overnight, ready to read in the morning. There is no offshore call centre. We answer setup queries, walk new admins through the dashboard on a video call, and help with member-import questions. Most clubs only need us for the first couple of weeks; after that, the system runs itself. We typically respond same-day.
Yes. Send us your existing member spreadsheet (CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets) and we will import names, contact details, emergency contacts, membership categories, and subscription status for free during onboarding. Most NZ clubs migrate from a Google Sheet or a Rowing Connect export. We check the import with you before anything goes live so nothing is duplicated or lost. If you want to run both systems in parallel for a few weeks while members get used to the app, that is fine too.
Yes. Clubs of up to 20 active members use the full product free, for good: training sessions, boat booking, member portal, coach tools, and the admin dashboard, with no card and no time limit. Invite your real members and run actual sessions from day one. Above 20 active members you move onto a flat monthly band based on active member count, and every feature stays included. Your setup carries over automatically as your club grows.
Yes. Your club logo, colours, custom subdomain, and emails sent from your address are included for every club on every band - there are no feature tiers or paywalled modules. Every club also gets its own subdomain like yourclub.rowhq.app. Members get a branded club app they trust rather than a third-party one. See the white-label feature page for the full breakdown.
Row HQ exports member data in formats suitable for Rowing Connect re-registration returns and regional association records. We do not currently push live to RowIT because regatta-entry APIs are not openly available; instead we generate CSV exports your admins can use for RowIT entries. Row HQ sits alongside RowIT and Rowing Connect - it handles the day-to-day club operation (sessions, boats, squads, member portal) while RowIT manages regatta entries and results. If you have a specific export need, raise it during the demo.
