City of Bristol Rowing Club is a competitive and recreational club rowing through Bristol's Floating Harbour. Its boathouse is at Albion Dockside Estate on Hanover Place, on the south side of the harbour.

The organisation began in 1952 as Bristol and Severn Rowing Club, a dockers' club restricted to Bristol Dock Harbour Board employees. It bought its first boat in 1955 and raced at Henley in 1956. In the 1980s it opened membership to the public, adopted the City of Bristol name and established its current harbourside base.

The club advertises a five-week Learn to Row course, a junior section and routes into competitive and recreational squads. Its published squad structure includes senior, masters, novice and recreational groups for men and women, with senior crews targeting Henley competition.

City of Bristol is a registered charity whose object is to provide rowing facilities for community participation across the greater Bristol region. British Rowing described it as entirely volunteer led in 2024 and reported that its junior bursary scheme is intended to widen access.

The junior programme has produced sustained national results. City of Bristol won the open J14 coxed quad at the 2015 British Rowing Junior Championships; in 2024 its women's J15 coxed quad won two British club championship events by margins of 0.1 and 0.15 seconds. Madeleine Banfield then won the women's J15 single at the 2025 British Rowing Club Championships.

The senior squads also race at Henley. British Rowing reported a record number of men's Henley qualifications in the 2024-25 season, while the women's programme had reached a Henley Women's Regatta final in 2019.
