Deal, Walmer and Kingsdown Amateur Rowing Club is a coastal rowing club on Deal seafront in Kent. Its official contact address is The Marina, Deal, and an independent local directory gives the premises as 16-18 The Marina, CT14 6NG.

The club dates its creation to 1927 and names Sir Charles Ernest CBE as its founder. It is affiliated to the Coastal Amateur Rowing Association and British Rowing.

DWKARC offers recreational and competitive coastal rowing for different ages. Its facilities include a coastal-boat fleet, a gym for land training and a members' bar, while novice sessions are held on Wednesday evenings.

Deal runs its own coastal regatta and is organising the 2026 South Coast Rowing Championships on behalf of CARA. The championship is scheduled for 12 September 2026, alongside the event's under-16 regatta.
