Maidstone Invicta Rowing Club is a British Rowing-affiliated community club on the River Medway. It rows from Maidstone Rowing Centre on James Whatman Way and invites membership applications from the public.

The club formed in 1984 with support from the Royal Engineers Rowing Club and the Ministry of Defence. It initially used the Royal Engineers' boathouse at Maidstone's lower barracks, then received a 199-year lease on an acre of the former barracks site in 2000.

A 2008 redevelopment added changing rooms and showers to the training building and increased covered boat storage. The club's history records that these changes helped it grow to more than 150 members and a fleet exceeding 50 boats.

Current members include junior, senior men's, senior women's and masters groups, with options extending from high-performance crews to recreational and leisure rowing. The club is run entirely by unpaid volunteers and also takes part in rowing tours in the UK and abroad.

Adult learn-to-row courses introduce sculling in a single, crew rowing, fitness and land training. Applicants must be over 18 and able to swim 100 metres in light clothing; under-18 applicants are directed to the junior section. Six touring fours or quads support instruction and recreational rowing.

Maidstone Invicta entered the men's Eights Head of the River for the first time in 1987 and soon added the women's race. Its crews now attend Tideway heads, Henley Women's and Henley Royal Regattas, National Masters and Henley Masters, and the club records former juniors progressing to international representation.

The club hosts Spring and Autumn small-boats heads on the Medway. Its results archive documents both events through multiple seasons, including completed racing, weather cancellations and the 2021 pandemic cancellation.
