Oriel College Boat Club is the rowing club of Oriel College, Oxford. It rows on the Isis from Boathouse Island at Christ Church Meadow and welcomes complete novices, casual rowers and experienced athletes. Surviving crew records extend back to 1828.

The club's central competitions are Oxford's Torpids and Summer Eights, each raced over four days in divisions on the Isis. Oriel also races at the Fairbairn Cup, Henley Boat Races, Upper Thames Head, Wallingford Head, Head of the River Race and summer regattas including Wallingford and Bedford.

Oriel records 37 Torpids headships and 33 Summer Eights headships. Its men's first boat became Head in Torpids in 1972 and remained there for 25 years, while the men's and women's first boats achieved a Torpids double headship in 2006, a feat the college repeated in 2018.

The college states that Oriel is the only college to have won a Torpids double headship, and that it has done so twice. The club's wider history includes Henley Royal Regatta wins in the Thames Challenge Cup in 1913 and the Visitors' Challenge Cup in 1938.

Oriel College covers core costs including boathouse rent, maintenance, the boatman's salary and insurance. In 2026 more than 50 alumni, students and staff planned English Channel crossings in Cornish gigs to launch a boat-club endowment appeal.

The club also hosts the annual Oriel Regatta after the main collegiate season, with mixed eights and Crewdate Eights. Oriel awards the Elis White Memorial Trophy each year to its most improved rower.
