Ryde Rowing Club is based at The Clubhouse in Appley Park, Ryde, on the Isle of Wight. It provides competitive and recreational rowing and is registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club.

A Ryde Working Men's Rowing Club existed from 1861, but the present Ryde Rowing Club dates its foundation to 1877 and has operated continuously since then. It rowed from a boathouse on Ryde Pier until 1968, when it moved to temporary accommodation at Appley Park.

A clubhouse with changing, social and boat-storage space opened at Appley Park in 1975. The current two-storey clubhouse opened in 1998 after a rebuilding project supported by the Sports Aid Foundation and National Lottery Sports Fund. It now includes boat storage, a training area, showers, a licensed bar and function rooms.

Ryde's competitive record includes 16 South Coast Championship wins beginning in 1978, plus five aggregate trophies for the best-performing club in open and invitation events. The club also qualified for Henley twice and has held round-the-Island records in several coastal boat classes.

Six junior members represented the Wessex region at the 2025 Junior Inter-Regional Regatta. The club's 2025 report also records a Hants and Dorset championship for the women's junior four, three wins and promotion for the junior-senior crew, and a J16 South Coast sculling title.

Ryde hosts an annual Hants and Dorset championship regatta from Appley Park. The 2026 programme scheduled around 22 events, and the clubhouse supported visiting competitors with camping, showers, toilets, refreshments and bar facilities.
