Warwick Boat Club is a multi-sport members' club on Banbury Road in Warwick, with rowing on the River Avon. The club dates its rowing origins to 1861 and now reports a total membership of more than 1,000 across its sports.

Its history describes 1990 as the start of the modern rowing era, when a new boathouse was built and the club's regatta was re-established. The rowing section now has about two kilometres of water from the club site.

Facilities include two boathouses and a fleet ranging from single sculls to eights. The club publishes senior women's, senior men's, masters and recreational crew groups, and it runs a four-week adult beginners' course.

Warwick crews race at regional and national events, including Henley and British masters competition. Its honours board records Gillian Mara and Kate Parkinson winning bronze at the 2019 World Rowing Beach Sprint Finals.

The same honours record lists two gold medals for Emma Tod at the 2017 Gavirate International Para-Rowing Regatta. It also records Ros Carslake representing Great Britain between 1997 and 2004.
