Weybridge Ladies Amateur Rowing Club is an all-female club at Thames Tow Path, Walton Lane, Weybridge. Its boathouse sits where the River Wey and Wey Navigation meet the River Thames, and the club is affiliated to British Rowing.

Amy Gentry founded the club at Weybridge Point in 1926, six years after establishing a women's section at Weybridge Rowing Club. She later left the boathouse and land for women's rowing, and the club now operates as registered charity 1171691.

The club welcomes novices and experienced rowers across recreational and racing programmes. Try Days lead into coached introductory courses, while year-round training includes water sessions, winter land work and circuit training.

Facilities include a fleet set up for women, nine rowing machines and coaching from qualified staff. The charity's annual reporting says volunteer coaches teach rowing, sculling, coxing and steering and maintain provision for members at every experience level.

Weybridge Ladies produced multiple British championship crews, particularly in the 1970s and 1980s. It won the women's Victor Ludorum and coxless pairs at the 1980 British Championships, and a club eight took the national title in 1984. Club member Jane Cross also raced in Britain's coxed four at the 1980 Moscow Olympics.

The club hosts its own annual regatta and enters local summer regattas and national long-distance head races. Its charity reporting also records member participation in local events and an entirely volunteer-led operation.
