Dublin University Ladies Boat Club is Trinity College Dublin's women's rowing club. Trinity records that women were formally permitted to row for the university in 1975 and that DULBC was officially founded in 1976, after efforts to establish women's rowing that reached back to the 1930s.

Founder Jane Williams recalled securing approval from the College and the Irish Amateur Rowing Union in 1975 before registering DULBC. Four first-year students formed its first crew, and the club won the university championships the following year.

DULBC now caters for beginners through to international athletes and has novice and senior squads. Trinity says more than 100 athletes join each year and that nearly three quarters of the current senior squad first learned to row through the club's novice programme.

Training takes place six or seven days a week. Water sessions are held at Islandbridge and Blessington, erg sessions use Trinity Sports Centre, and strength work takes place in the university's High Performance Gym.

The club's first national title came in the women's coxed four in 1979. Trinity's current club page records 33 national titles, including Senior Four, Intermediate Coxed Four and Intermediate Pair victories in 2025, when DULBC matched its previous best championship totals from 2013 and 2023.

At the 2026 national championships, a DULBC and Skibbereen composite won the first Senior Eight title in DULBC history, while its Club Two Eight won that event for the first time since 2012. Trinity also named DULBC its 2026 Club of the Year.
