Fingal Rowing Club is an East Coast skiff club based at the Coast Guard Station in Balbriggan, North County Dublin. The club was established in 2016 and describes itself as the tenth rowing club affiliated with the East Coast Rowing Council.
Fingal was originally based at Rush Sailing Club before moving to Balbriggan. Its official history says the name reflects a wider North County Dublin community that includes Skerries, Rush, Lusk and Donabate.
The club rows East Coast skiffs, the four-rower and coxed boats used in the region's coastal racing. Fingal's site says it has multiple East Coast skiffs in active use, and Rowing Ireland lists both coastal sculling and coastal sweep among its current affiliations.
New members must first complete a Try Row session. Full membership is for people over 18 and requires at least three training days a week and competition in at least six East Coast Rowing Council regattas each year; the club also offers separate subbing and coxing membership and volunteering routes.
Fingal's event programme includes sprint racing and endurance rowing. Rowing Ireland's 2024 coastal calendar listed a Fingal skiff regatta and the club's 19 km Lambay Challenge from Rush Beach.
Two Fingal crews opened the 2026 season at Inver Colpa's 15.4 km Boyne Boat Race. The club's season record also shows crews contesting the East Coast circuit at St Michael's, Dalkey, Skerries, Stella Maris and Bray regattas.
