In the 2023-24 season the programme had girls' and boys' crews, with novice coaching and a development pathway. Crews race at the North Island Secondary Schools Championships and the Maadi Cup.
At the 2026 National Rowing Championships at Lake Karapiro, students rowing for Hamilton Rowing Club won silver in a club eight and an intermediate eight, and bronze in an intermediate quad. In 2024 a women's intermediate coxed eight won gold at the same regatta, and at the 2024 North Island Secondary Schools Championships a boys' under 18 novice coxed quad was second and a girls' under 18 coxed quad third in their A finals.
