Radley College Boat Club is the school's British Rowing-affiliated club on the River Thames at Lower Radley in Oxfordshire. The club was founded in 1849.

Radley's rowing facilities include a six-kilometre reach of the Thames, a fleet of racing boats, eleven coaching launches, a rowing tank, an ergometer room and a strength and conditioning centre. The first eight is identified by the school as the programme's flagship crew.

The club competes at Schools' Head, National Schools' Regatta and Henley Royal Regatta. Its recorded Henley wins include the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup in 1952, 1962 and 1998, the Ladies' Challenge Plate in 1938 and the Special Race for Schools in 1987 and 1988.

Radley has won the Queen Mother Challenge Cup at National Schools' Regatta five times: 1975, 1981, 1997, 2000 and 2001. Its national titles also include junior pairs, fours, quads and eights between 1972 and 1984.

The school reported that the 2024 first eight placed fifth at Schools' Head and won silver at National Schools' Regatta. Its rowing programme also had three current Olympians due to race in Paris that year and two pupils who had become junior world champions in the men's eight in 2023.

A Radley archive catalogue preserves boat-club photographs from the 1920s onward, a manuscript club history and papers relating to Henley, including the 1938 Ladies' Plate campaign.
