St Edward's School Boat Club is the rowing club of St Edward's School in Oxford. It is based at the school boathouse on Godstow Road and rows on the River Thames at Port Meadow.

The club was founded in 1877, initially with skiffing and school fours racing on the canal. Rowing became a compulsory Lent-term sport in 1879, and the first race against another school was held against St Mark's Windsor in 1888.

St Edward's helped establish the National Schools' Regatta in 1947, when school rowing master Desmond Hill invited Shrewsbury, Bedford and Radley to race at Godstow. In 1984 the first eight completed the schoolboy Triple by winning the Schools' Head, the Queen Mother Cup at the National Schools' Regatta and the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup at Henley.

The club has won the Princess Elizabeth Challenge Cup five times. In 2023 St Edward's became the first co-educational school to win gold in boys' and girls' Championship events at the same National Schools' Regatta, taking the Queen Mother Challenge Cup for Boys' Eights and the Jim Mason Plate for Girls' Coxed Fours.

British Rowing reported in 2026 that about 100 boys and 50 girls row and scull from J14 upwards. School crews compete at heads and regattas through the year, including the Schools' Head and National Schools' Regatta.

The school says its boathouse has been refurbished with showers, changing facilities, a club room, space for rowing machines and staff accommodation. Former pupils can continue rowing through the separate St Edward's Martyrs Boat Club.
