Dart Totnes Amateur Rowing Club is based at Steamer Quay Road in Totnes, Devon, on the River Dart. It is affiliated to British Rowing under boat code DAT and is also listed within the Hants and Dorset coastal rowing handbook.

The current club was formed through the merger of Totnes Rowing Club and Dart Rowing Club. Available sources do not give a reliable merger date, so the earlier lineage and the establishment date of the combined organisation should not be treated as the same fact.

The Steamer Quay clubhouse was constructed in the mid-1980s. Published descriptions record a boathouse, indoor training area, social space and bar, with a fleet of about 35 club boats and private racking.

Current membership categories include adults, juniors, students, families, coaches, coxes and supporters. The club provides a junior Learn to Row route, indoor-only membership and short-term options for students returning during university holidays.

Dart Totnes won the men's lightweight double sculls at the 1981 British Rowing Championships. More recently, the club finished third in the open club eight at the 2024 British Rowing Championships and second in the open club pair at the 2025 British Rowing Club Championships.

The club hosts racing on the Dart, including the Dart Totnes Autumn Head and Junior Inter-Regional Regatta trials. It also jointly runs the long-distance Royal Navy and Royal Marines rowing event on the river with Dartmouth Amateur Rowing Club.
