Make every online visit feel like the club
A short water season leaves little room for confusing systems. Put the crest, club name, and useful colour cues around Row HQ’s complete club toolkit.
What is a white-label portal for a Canadian rowing club?
A white-label portal carries your club identity through Row HQ. Each club uses its own rowhq.app subdomain, with the crest, name, and selected colours visible inside. Members also meet that identity on system email, invoices, registration links, terms, and privacy notices. The core product remains Row HQ, with no custom domain or separate store app.
Club identity controls come with each membership band. See Canadian club pricing.

A consistent club thread all season
Members can recognise official club tasks in winter training, registration week, and the busiest summer regattas.
A dedicated online address
Members open the club portal at yourclub.rowhq.app. The same simple link works for winter ergs and the full outdoor roster.
Crest and club details
Upload the crest in the administration area. The portal then uses the club name, logo, and configured skill-level colours.
Club-led account messages
Transactional emails display the club identity, helping members recognise an invitation or confirmation during a crowded intake period.
Clear club invoices
Billing records include the crest, club contact, and legal particulars. Members can see the organisation behind the charge at a glance.
Policies with acceptance history
Present the club’s terms and privacy notice during account setup. Row HQ keeps the member acceptance alongside its wider security safeguards.
Recognisable registration
A joining page and club codes use your identity, so a new rower starts in the right place without chasing an administrator.

The club remains visible when the software is shared
OTRC members land in a portal shaped around Oundle Town Rowing Club. That working account shows how Row HQ can support many organisations while each one keeps a distinct member context. The OTRC case study explains the setup.
Unknown vendor or familiar club
Replace scattered notices and hard-to-own membership spreadsheets with a connected club account.
Generic member journey
- Another company’s visual identity frames every member task.
- Automated messages are easy to miss during a compressed season.
- Invoices lack the club details needed for quick follow-up.
Club-owned context
- One club subdomain carries a clear name and uploaded crest.
- Operational emails and invoices identify the club immediately.
- Local terms and privacy notices form part of member registration.
The club account goes to the course
A member can check Row HQ from the shared app or any mobile browser. The signed-in experience keeps the correct club identity in view.
- Club name and crest remain visible on the small screen.

Canadian club branding FAQs
What the identity layer includes and where its boundaries sit.
Members see your dedicated subdomain, crest, club name, and supported colour accents. The same identity reaches transactional email, invoices, registration pages, joining codes, terms, and privacy notices. Limited Row HQ footer branding can still be visible.
That option has not shipped. Row HQ assigns a club address such as yourclub.rowhq.app. The portal cannot currently run at members.yourclub.ca or another custom domain.
The portal offers light and dark themes. A club can add its logo and use relevant colours in supported accents and skill levels. It cannot redesign every navigation bar, background, or control.
Yes. Account email carries the club identity. Invoices state the club’s contact and legal details. Club-specific terms and privacy notices can be accepted by members, with each acceptance recorded.
No. The Apple and Google listings are for Row HQ. Members use those apps or a browser, then see their club identity within the authenticated account.
