Plan the short water season and winter erg months with one subscription tied to active headcount.
Values appear in CAD (C$), excluding GST/HST.
Card details are not needed.
Clubs at 20 active members or fewer have no subscription payment. Monthly brackets then range from C$27 to C$220 for a 251-300 member organization. Annual payment equals ten monthly amounts. Groups above 300 receive a separate quote. No bracket removes product functions. Applicable GST/HST is additional.
The membership secretary can find the correct fee without pricing add-ons.
The current active-member total is the only variable in the subscription.
No functions sit behind an upgrade, and Row HQ applies no transaction percentage.
Twenty active records or fewer cost zero. Growth never locks people or club information.
The fee ladder fits seasonal community organizations, secondary school programs, and university crews. A winter erg roster and the returning water roster stay on the current bracket until renewal.
