Wahgunyah Rowing Club is a Murray River club associated with Wahgunyah in north-east Victoria. Rowing Victoria's 2024-25 annual report still lists it among the state's clubs.

Australian Rowing History dates the organisation to 1888 and records that it was originally called Border Rowing Club. The same source describes it as a continuing club on the Murray River at Wahgunyah.

Organised rowing at Wahgunyah predates that club. Association history records boat races between river crews from 1860, with the local regatta later evolving into the Murray Rowing Association event held at Lake Moodemere.

The club's historical position is also reflected in Rowing Victoria records and in a First World War honour roll preserved for Wahgunyah members. The honour roll names club members who served during the war.

A 2025 community event was advertised at the Wahgunyah Rowing Club site on Bridge Road beside the Murray. The event listing identifies the rowing club as its meeting point.
