Blackrock Rowing Club is a mixed coastal rowing club in Cork City. Rowing Ireland lists coastal scull and coastal sweep as its disciplines and gives Blackrock village as its base.

The governing body's current club profile says Blackrock was founded in 1927 and re-established in 2007. It records competitive and social growth through 2025 and provides current join and renewal routes.

Cork City material published for the 2026 St Patrick's Day parade reported more than 50 members. It also said both the adult and underage sections were continuing to grow in Blackrock Village.

The club races locally and nationally. At the 2025 Irish Coastal Rowing Championships, combined Ballycotton and Blackrock crews placed third in the men's intermediate coastal four and second in the men's junior coastal four.

Blackrock also supports rowing beyond its own membership. Douglas Community School says its rowers train on the water in partnership with Blackrock, Lee Rowing Club and Shannon Boat Club.

The club runs a Coastal Rowing Association championship regatta in Blackrock village. The event returned there in May 2026, with clubs from across Cork racing and the first start scheduled after the captains' meeting.
