Castletownshend Rowing Club is a mixed coastal club in Castletownshend, County Cork. Rowing Ireland lists the club in Munster, with coastal scull and coastal sweep crews.

Founded in 1996, Castletownshend won All-Ireland gold in senior ladies' and senior mixed yawl rowing during the early 2000s. The club later paused for four years before returning to competition in 2018 with a focus on offshore rowing.

In that comeback season, Castletownshend reached the podium at Courtmacsherry, Castletownbere and Bantry regattas. Its women's double then won silver at the 2018 Irish Offshore Championships in Caherdaniel.

Eimear Walsh and Ella Ciallis won national titles in the women's quad and double before representing the club at the 2019 World Rowing Coastal Championships in Hong Kong. The club's fundraising appeal described it as a small club with limited resources.

Castletownshend's women's quad won bronze at the 2022 World Rowing Coastal Championships in Saundersfoot. The crew moved past the United States entry to take third place, while other club crews reached A and B finals that weekend.

The club continues to race and host events in West Cork. Rowing Ireland records Castletownshend crews in single, double, quad and mixed coastal events, and the South West championship calendar included a Castletownshend regatta in 2025.
