Their numbers go on this page once they hit the six-month mark - alongside training session data, boat booking logs and coach tools in action.
How are clubs using Row HQ in practice?
Honest answer: the only deep deployment on record right now is at Oundle Town Rowing Club in Northamptonshire, England - 120-plus members, 15 hulls in the shed, six sessions a week, running live since September 2025. The whole membership moved off spreadsheets and paper sign-out sheets inside a fortnight. The Canadian rollout is mapped around four club types that cover most of the country's rowing: a university boat club in the mould of UBC, Western, or Queen's; a senior club on the Ottawa, St Lawrence, or False Creek; a competitive juniors program affiliated with Rowing Canada Aviron; and a community or masters club working around the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta calendar. The product is identical, the playbook carries over directly, and the clubs that join the foundation cohort will be the first Canadian names on this page.
