The King's School Worcester Boat Club is the school's rowing club on the River Severn. British Rowing lists it among affiliated West Midlands school clubs, and the club rows from the Michael Baker Boathouse on Severn Street in Worcester.

King's dates its rowing tradition to 1877. The current boathouse was built in 2012 after a major gift from former pupil Michael Baker, and the school marked its tenth anniversary in 2022 after it had hosted hundreds of rowers, fundraising events and community occasions.

Lower Remove pupils are encouraged to try rowing through the Games programme before choosing whether to become more involved. Training combines work on rowing machines with running, core exercise, strength work and cycling, while the club maintains a technical focus throughout a pupil's development.

The school credits the club with four Olympic oarsmen. Zac Purchase won Olympic gold and silver in the lightweight double sculls, while other pupils and Old Vigornians have represented Great Britain, the Home Countries and the region.

The club has won national championships across boys' and girls' boat classes. Its recorded British titles run from the men's J16 single sculls in 1975 to the women's J18 pair in 2021, and a King's crew won Henley Royal Regatta's Fawley Challenge Cup in 2003.

At the National Schools' Regatta reported by the school, all four Upper Remove coxed quads reached finals, with the first boys' and girls' crews each placing second in their D final. Another school report records six Fifth Form girls representing both King's and the West Midlands at the Junior Inter-Regional Regatta.
