Sir William Borlase's Grammar School Boat Club is the rowing club of the Marlow grammar school and is affiliated to British Rowing as SWB. The school describes rowing as one of its nationally recognised extracurricular programmes.

The club was established in 1921 and rows on the River Thames at Marlow. It later shared the Longridge site with Great Marlow School, and British Rowing reported in 2023 that the two state-school programmes had operated from outdoor racks there for a decade while seeking a permanent boathouse.

A charitable support group provides facilities, encouragement and rowing instruction for pupils at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School. The Charity Commission records the group as charity 1092936, while its accounts describe training children at the school as its main activity.

The club won the Fawley Challenge Cup for junior quadruple sculls at Henley Royal Regatta three times between 2012 and 2015. It has also produced national champions and athletes who progressed to international competition.

Recent results show the programme remains active across age groups and boat classes. The girls' crew took bronze in the Championship Eight at the 2023 Schools' Head and followed with another bronze at the Junior Sculling Head; 2026 Marlow regatta draws list Borlase crews from J14 events through to school eights.

The school is on West Street in Marlow. A joint Marlow schools boathouse project was developed to provide Sir William Borlase and Great Marlow with a permanent home and to make rowing available to other schools in the area.
