Canberra Rowing Club is a not-for-profit community club on Lake Burley Griffin at Yarralumla Bay. It reports more than 200 junior, open-age and masters members and the largest fleet in Canberra.

The club was established at Lawley House in Barton on 1 May 1964, adopted its proposed rules on 15 May and first operated from the East Basin Pavilion. It moved to Kingston Boat Harbour in December 1964 and transferred its fleet to Yarralumla Bay on 12 April 1975, where the club remains.

Current programmes include a six-week learn-to-row course, a competitive Club Grade and Open Squad for men and women aged 16 and over, a University of Canberra partnership, school-age winter rowing and corporate rowing. Membership categories cover competitive senior and junior rowers, recreational rowers, coxswains and associates.

The club's early milestones include the 1979 NSW Youth Four title and the first Australian rowing talent-identification programme in 1988. That programme produced athletes including Olympic gold medallist Megan Still, world champions Megan Still and Elizabeth Moller, and world junior silver medallist Jason McFadyen.

In the 2023 to 2024 season, Canberra won the ACT men's, women's and overall premierships. Its annual report also records racing at ACT regattas and interstate events including the NSW Championships, Australian Rowing Championships, NSW Masters and Australian Masters Rowing Championships.
