Central Coast Rowing Club rows on Kincumber Broadwater from the grounds of Davistown RSL Club at 19 Murna Road. Its boats are housed on the RSL grounds, and the club offers quad, double and single sculling.
The club was founded by former members of Brisbane Water Rowing Club and affiliated with the Central Districts Rowing Association in 2008. Association history records that it initially operated from a boat trailer beside Davistown RSL Club.
Its programme covers recreational and competitive rowing for junior, senior and masters age groups at all ability levels. The published activity profile identifies both social and competitive participation, mixed competition and individual and team rowing.
New and prospective members begin through Learn to Row. Equipment is provided, and members also need current Rowing NSW membership for insurance and Davistown RSL Club membership because club boats and equipment are kept within its premises.
The club schedules rows on Saturdays and Sundays and additional Tuesday sessions for experienced rowers. Session times vary with tidal activity and are circulated to members each week.
