About this club
Corowa Rowing Club is based at Corowa in New South Wales and rows on the Murray River. Although it is across the state border, the club is affiliated with Rowing Victoria.
The club was established in 1863 and celebrated its 150th year in 2013. Its published history covers the club's first century and a half.
Corowa welcomes rowers ranging from primary-school pupils to masters. Its own site lists Sunday recreational rowing alongside state and national competition.
New members can join a Learn to Row pathway. The club's current open-day programme includes introductions to the rowing shed and gym, indoor rowing and an on-water session.
