Drummoyne Rowing Club is a community rowing club on Henley Marine Drive, with its clubhouse facing Sisters Bay on Iron Cove in Sydney Harbour. It has occupied this Drummoyne site since the club was formed in 1919.

The club was founded on 1 September 1919. Despite beginning with one racing eight and one regulation four, Drummoyne won the NSW junior pennant in each of its first two years and finished runner-up in both pennants in its third season.

Current rowing covers open-age athletes, masters, para rowers and beginners, with both competitive and recreational opportunities. Drummoyne also hosts the school rowing programmes of Presbyterian Ladies' College Sydney and Tara Anglican School for Girls.

The adult learn-to-row programme runs as six two-hour lessons on consecutive Saturday mornings. It teaches sculling technique, boat handling and safety on the water and pontoon, and is open to participants aged 18 and over.

Drummoyne has produced athletes who reached the Olympic Games and World Championships. It also stages regatta racing on Iron Cove: published club history records a general Rowers Regatta and a separate Masters Regatta, while the club gallery documents recent grade, masters and small-boats events.
